Factory Policy

Anything on EARTH!!! The online shop that supports the Green Movement. We sell 2nd hand goods which Factory Owner no longer needed, at affordable price. The 2nd hand goods may look old, folded on cover etc but it is in readable condition (for books) and in working condition (CDs, PC games etc). Guarantee! All these movements are part of our effort in saving the environment. We also sell items that Factory Owner bring back from her holidays. You can find lots of different items from books, stationery, autographed CD albums etc. We use recycled papers to wrap up the items ordered to show our support.

Ordering Procedures

Please provide the following details in your email order:

1) Name
2) Address (Pls make sure is the correct mailing address)
3) Item code, description, colours etc

Factory Coordinator will reply you within 24 hours.

Please check your order upon receiving the confirmation email.

Payment details will be indicated in the confirmation email.

Please make payment within 2 days upon confirmation or the goods will be released for other keen buyers.

What You Must Know

1. All goods sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable & non-returnable.
2. Factory will not be responsible for loss or damage of items through post.
3. Postage is free. Registered mail upon request & separate charges of $2.50.
4. Payment via POSB ATM fund transfer.
5. Goods will be delivered to you within 5 days upon receiving of payment and 2 weeks for Pre order section upon closing of the period.
